1. Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • **Standard Shipping (3-7 business days):** Free for all orders within the contiguous United States.
  • **Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days):** Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
  • **International Shipping (7-21 business days):** Available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your ARII purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within **30 days** of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@arii.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package your item(s) securely, including the original packing slip and RA number.
  3. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@arii.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
